Global Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a Site Supervisorto join the team at a well-established and very well-known company who lead the market in there industry.
Company Details –
Our Client has been in the steel business for over 40 years , designing, manufacturing, supplying and installing steel structures instructed by architects, design-build contractors and private clients as far afield as Europe, Asia and the Caribbean.
Their core area is Glasgow and the surrounding areas where they grown steadily and sustainably in terms of their range of products and services, as well as the size of project that they undertake.
The Site supervisor will be the main point of contact for our client -completing on site surveys, coordinating the program on site, managing labour etc to meet the client demands – an awareness of steelwork is really essential -it would be beneficial if you have knowledge of primary and secondary steel
Job Spec
You Will Be Required To Carry Out The Following
- Identify and manage risks on all projects.
- Produce and manage programs.
- Control costs. Procure project specific materials.
- Manage the design/production/installation meetings and follow up on action points.
- Manage any outsourcing of fabrication.
- Must Have SMSTS or SSSTS
