The ideal communication officer has more than 3 years experience in cross-audience communication. They will manage internal and external communications, plan, create, and post content on social media and our website, draft newsletters, and manage media relations.

As a communication officer, you will boost Ramzunā Languages’ visibility and credibility. Indeed, you will help raise awareness about Ramzunā, maintain brand and messaging consistency and expand our reach.

What are we looking for?

  • Highly organised individual with experience of team administration support
  • Excellent communication skills, including social media and multimedia skills, plus strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent command of English. Fluency in Arabic is not required but highly desirable.
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe), and experience of working with multimedia tools.
  • Understanding of how to secure partnerships and funding.
  • Ability to take responsibility and make decisions independently.
  • Developed understanding of needs of media and public audiences.

What will you be doing?

  • Researching, preparing fact-checking, editing, and producing media and communications materials for various audiences and ensuring their timely dissemination and amplification.
  • Content Creation & Management: Drafting stories, newsletters, and reports; developing multimedia content (photos, videos, infographics) for our website and social media.
  • Ensuring and developing Ramzunā Languages visibility and reputation.
  • Internal Communication: Facilitating information sharing among staff and teachers.
