Responsibilities
- Conduct traffic counts: gather essential data and communicate with clients and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain temporary traffic lights: keep our temporary traffic lights in top condition for safe and efficient traffic flow.
- Deploy traffic management solutions: install, maintain, and remove temporary traffic management equipment, including cones, signs, frames, sandbags, and other essential equipment.
- Mentor new trainees: share your knowledge and guide new team members as they learn the ropes.
Qualifications
- Minimum M1/M2 licence, SLG Unit 2 considered.
- Familiarity with Chapter 8 regulations.
- Full driving licence with no more than 6 points; any driving bans must have expired at least 5 years ago.
- Must pass a drug and alcohol test (offer contingent on results).
- Positive, can‑do mindset.
- Adaptability, flexibility, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Able to work weekends, nights, and work away when required.
- Traffic Management Training subject to signing a training agreement.
