Responsibilities

  • Conduct traffic counts: gather essential data and communicate with clients and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain temporary traffic lights: keep our temporary traffic lights in top condition for safe and efficient traffic flow.
  • Deploy traffic management solutions: install, maintain, and remove temporary traffic management equipment, including cones, signs, frames, sandbags, and other essential equipment.
  • Mentor new trainees: share your knowledge and guide new team members as they learn the ropes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum M1/M2 licence, SLG Unit 2 considered.
  • Familiarity with Chapter 8 regulations.
  • Full driving licence with no more than 6 points; any driving bans must have expired at least 5 years ago.
  • Must pass a drug and alcohol test (offer contingent on results).
  • Positive, can‑do mindset.
  • Adaptability, flexibility, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Able to work weekends, nights, and work away when required.
  • Traffic Management Training subject to signing a training agreement.
