About the role as a Reactive Administrator
An opportunity has arisen for the right candidate to join our ever-growing business within the role of Reactive Administrator based at office in Scunthorpe. Duties will include:
- Dealing with queries relating to jobs allocated for all National Depots
- Dealing with and resolving operative queries
- Ensuring correct paperwork has been completed to enable the job to be invoiced
- Booking of accommodation
- Any other duties not completed by the staff from the night shift or as required by the team leader
- Out of Hours (OOH) Nation Cover
What good looks like for a Reactive Administrator
- Competent in Microsoft programmes
- Good organisational skills
- Good communication
- Reliable/punctual as this is a time critical environment
