Responsibilities

  • Conduct Traffic Counts: Gather essential data and communicate with clients and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain Temporary Traffic Lights: Keep temporary traffic lights in top condition for safe and efficient traffic flow.
  • Deploy Traffic Management Solutions: Install, maintain, and remove temporary traffic management equipment, including cones, signs, frames, sandbags, and other essential equipment.
  • Mentor New Trainees: Share knowledge and guide new team members as they learn the ropes.

Training: Traffic Management Training is subject to signing a training agreement. Adaptability, flexibility, and meticulous attention to detail are required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum M1/M2 licence required. SLG Unit 2 will be considered.
  • Full driving licence with no more than 6 points. Any driving bans must have expired at least five years ago.
  • Ability to travel on-call, work evenings, nights, weekends, and be away from site as required.
  • Familiarity with Chapter 8 traffic regulation.
  • Must pass a drug and alcohol test; offer contingent upon results.
  • Positive, can-do mindset.
