A leading global investment manager is hiring a Spanish-speaking Sales & Client Support Associate to support its sales effort across LatAm & Iberia. This is a role for someone who already has a foot in asset management and is ready to push into a front-line sales career – commercially minded, ambitious, and hungry to learn fund distribution from individuals who do it at the highest level. You'll work hand in hand with the Sales Directors covering Latin America and Iberia, sitting close to live client relationships. Your Spanish will be central – from client communications and meeting prep to building rapport with clients in their own language. There's a support and coordination element, but the firm wants someone who treats it as a launchpad, not a desk job.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work alongside the Sales Directors covering LatAm & Iberia, supporting and learning the full sales cycle
- Prepare the materials that win and retain mandates – presentations, client docs, profiles and business plans, in English and Spanish
- Coordinate client meetings end to end, attending where appropriate to build your own client exposure
- Support Spanish-speaking client communications, bridging language and cultural nuance
- Keep the CRM (Salesforce) accurate so the team can sell from clean, reliable data
- Handle ad-hoc client queries and build strong relationships across the firm
The role requires:
- Fluency in Spanish and English, written and spoken – essential
- Prior experience within fund management / asset management – essential
- Commercial drive and a real appetite for a career in sales
- Genuine interest in financial markets and what's moving them
- Strong organisation, prioritisation and attention to detail
- Willingness to study towards the Investment Management Certificate (IMC)
The offer:
A clear path into sales – mentoring, structured training and full IMC support – plus hybrid working and a strong package.
