Their platform helps financial institutions simplify and automate internal compliance, employee monitoring, client onboarding (CDD/KYC), and regulatory training. With a rapidly expanding client base (ranging from boutique firms to those managing over €50bn in assets), they’re looking for a commercially driven Sales Manager to help scale revenue and build their presence in key markets.
The Opportunity
You’ll take ownership of the full sales cycle—from pipeline generation and lead qualification through to closing. You’ll also play a key role in shaping sales strategy, mentoring junior colleagues, and contributing to go-to-market efforts in the UK and Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the full sales cycle, targeting compliance, risk, and operations leaders at financial firms.
- Develop and execute outbound campaigns and partnerships.
- Work closely with marketing and product to align messaging with market trends.
- Contribute to forecasting, CRM hygiene, and sales reporting.
- Build and refine sales processes as we scale.
- Optional: manage and grow a small sales team as the business expands.
The role requires:
- Minimum 4–7 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in RegTech, FinTech, compliance, or legal tech.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Confident selling to mid-market and enterprise decision-makers.
- Able to translate technical features into client benefits.
- Familiar with sales tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRMs.
- Comfortable in a fast-moving startup or scale-up environment.
- Experience selling to financial institutions (asset managers, brokers, private banks, or fintechs).
- Familiarity with European compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, MiFID II, DORA).
- Fluency in French or other EU languages is a plus.
