A leading fund manager is seeking an experienced RFP Writer to join them on an initial 12 month FTC.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Reporting to Head of Proposals, be accountable for completing the company’s responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) for investment management services, and to pension consultants’ questionnaires while adhering strictly to our compliance rules.
- Ensure the RFP database library is kept up to date.
- Liaise with investment managers, business development, client relationship management, product specialists and other business units to coordinate the efficient collection and presentation of information/data.
- Proactively share information with the wider Marketing, Product & distribution department.
- Establish effective working relationships with other team members globally.
- Deliver other one-off or project work as required.
The role requires:
- Ideally minimum two years experience in an RFP role within Asset Management incorporating coverage of multiple product types. Candidates with more experience also strongly encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience of writing for an investment audience and some understanding of different asset classes would be advantageous.
- Strong communication skills with an ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
