We're working with a leading financial institution looking for a Client Executive to join their growing UK Custody & Asset Servicing business. In this dynamic role, you’ll act as a key contact for institutional and private clients – including asset managers, family offices, and pension funds – ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, smooth onboarding, and long-term relationship success.
What you'll be doing:
- Acting as the first point of contact for client operational needs and escalations
- Managing payments, account openings, online banking setup, and client documentation
- Supporting client onboarding and regulatory compliance processes
- Building long-term relationships and partnering with senior stakeholders to identify new opportunities
- Contributing to risk management, compliance, and internal controls
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in client-facing roles within asset servicing or private wealth
- Strong knowledge of the UK wealth management landscape
- Exceptional organisational skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Fluency in English (additional languages like French or German are a plus)
