We're recruiting on behalf of a leading UK accountancy and business advisory firm, known for combining big-firm expertise with a genuinely personal, people-first culture.
As they continue to invest in their people strategy, they're looking for a confident, commercially-minded HR Business Partner to lead HR Business Partnering across four offices.
This is a senior-level, Partner-facing role.
You'll work directly with Staff Partners, Heads of Office and senior leadership teams, shaping and delivering people strategies that are genuinely aligned to business priorities not sitting on the sidelines of it.
