A leading fund management business is seeking a fluent Italian speaker to join their international client services team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day servicing contact with ownership for facilitating all clients’ servicing needs
- Address and resolve client queries and issues efficiently and professionally, escalating when necessary
- Ensuring all clients’ reporting and servicing needs are delivered in accordance with their requirements
- Maintaining SalesForce and other internal systems with client information and interactions
- Assisting Relationship Managers as required, for example preparing for client meetings
- Acting as client’s key contact during onboarding and other lifecycle changes
- Project work as required
The role requires:
- 3 years asset management industry experience in a similar role.
- Business fluent in Italian
- Knowledge of the operational, legal, compliance and regulatory provisions associated with Institutional clients
- Good understanding of various asset classes including Fixed Income, Equity, Multi-Asset, Alternatives and quantitative investments
- Experience of working with AI technology to drive improved client and business outcomes
- Client focused with excellent interpersonal and communication skills including an ability to adapt style according to the audience.
- Curious with a willingness to understand the details and nuances of different investment strategies and institutional markets.
- Ability to apply critical thinking and problem solve.
- Able to work independently but also integrate into a small, dynamic team.
- Very organised with attention to detail.
- Ability to task-switch, work to tight deadlines.
