The Sales & Investor Relations Manager is an experienced client relationship management professional who will build a solid network of relationships with key fund managers & institutional investors in the Middle East Region.
The role requires:
- Persuasive communication skills both written and oral, and ability to cross-sell
- Excellent organisation skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Very good phone manners and sales skills. Presentation and public speaking skills are a plus
- Draft and collect feedback (well-written notes) from investor calls and meetings in order to help Program Directors prepare Agendas
- Ability to work under pressure and deadlines
- Ability to discern priorities
- Understanding of the territory and ability to grow within the market
- Self-starter and resilient attitude

- A good understanding of investment management industry and in-depth knowledge of the investor client base, and curiosity to continue learning more
- Comfortable with travelling abroad
- An interest in staying abreast of global news and a mature grasp of general affairs (particularly in their region); a good understanding of social, political and economic trends and how these impact the investment industry
- Audience development planning understanding
- Ability to run event project timeline on schedule and liaise with wider IR team to keep tasks on track
- Ability to grow new business targets and strengthen already existing relationships
- Have regular communication lines with investors through face-to-face meetings, calls and emails
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, Pardot, Boomset and other event planning related CRM tools
- Ability to work alongside Marketing team to advise on lead generation projects and explain our needs and audience targets to marketing
- Work with Program Directors, Client Coordinators and Logistics Managers leading up to an event; communicate effectively with all staff involved in the project management
- Source content from investors for the Allocator Intel Network
- Willing to travel to the Middle East region
