Our client, a Real Estate Investment/Asset Manager & Developer, are looking to hire an Investment Analyst to assist with new acquisitions for a real estate fund targeting UK logistics real estate investments. The role will offer an excellent opportunity to grow and to take on relatively high levels of responsibility. The role will be based in London and may require occasional travel across the UK to the subject sites and development projects.

  • Initial screening of investment opportunities - commercial and financial analysis
  • Drafting investment committee memos
  • Analysing Data Sets
  • Helping to source debt finance for assets
  • Ad-hoc research and keeping research database up-to-date

Strong analytical and quantitative skills as demonstrated through excellence in academic qualifications.

  • 1 to 4 years of relevant experience (real estate, investment banking, investment)
  • Strong computer and modelling skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and ARGUS)
  • Ability to manage multiple work streams/projects simultaneously
  • A background in the Real Estate sector, ideally from a fund/investment banking team specialising in this sector
  • A genuine interest and passion for Real Estate and the desire to progress and grow within the company.
