We're working with a leading UK industrial and logistics real estate platform backed by a major global investor. The business owns, develops, and manages a substantial portfolio of modern, sustainable logistics and multi-let industrial assets across the UK and Europe.
As the business continues to expand, they're looking to hire an experienced Asset Manager to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on, commercially minded individual who enjoys working across the full asset life cycle from leasing and value-add initiatives through to budgeting and performance management.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and execute asset strategies across a diverse portfolio, managing all leasing opportunities and lease events (renewals, reviews, regears, surrenders, and dilapidations).
- Build strong relationships with occupiers to reduce voids, drive retention, and identify opportunities for additional space or services.
- Appraise and deliver value-add initiatives — from minor refurbishments to larger OPEX and CAPEX projects — ensuring on-time delivery and best value.
- Support annual budget preparation, monitor performance, and manage individual asset P&Ls to ensure delivery against business plans.
- Benchmark asset performance across key metrics including ERV, occupancy, ESG, and expenditure.
- Support marketing and brand initiatives to maintain portfolio standards and promote the company's brand through best-in-class customer service.
Qualifications
- MRICS qualified with 2/3+ years' post-qualification experience.
- Proven background in strategic asset management, ideally within the industrial or logistics sector.
- Experience leading or mentoring team members to deliver shared objectives.
- Strong geographical understanding of the Midlands and South of England.
- Confident user of MS Office; CRM system experience advantageous.
- Full UK driving licence essential.
