With a track record of delivering some of the country's most complex and high-value property transactions, they have built a diverse portfolio now valued at approximately £10 billion. This includes over 14,000 assets across 90 million square feet, supported by a robust development pipeline of more than 20,000 residential units.

  • Evaluation and business planning of such opportunities
  • Managing external advisors – agents, lawyers, building surveyors, valuers, etc
  • Present deals to the Investment Committee
  • Interaction with the asset management team on strategy and execution of business plans as required
  • Preparation and presentation of investment reports for dissemination internally
  • Contribute to the formation/implementation of investment strategies
  • Assist the New Business team with the analysis and underwrite of property assets as part of corporate acquisitions
  • Strong network of agents and advisors within the market
  • Strong financial modelling skills and proficiency in Excel
  • Ability to understand and interpret data/cashflows
  • RICS accredited undergraduate or postgraduate degree qualification
