This includes over 14,000 assets across 90 million square feet, supported by a robust development pipeline of more than 20,000 residential units.

Job Overview:

  • Source on and off market deals in UK market
  • Evaluation and business planning of such opportunities
  • Execute these transactions from cradle to grave
  • Managing external advisors – agents, lawyers, building surveyors, valuers, etc
  • Present deals to the Investment Committee
  • Interaction with the asset management team on strategy and execution of business plans as required
  • Preparation and presentation of investment reports for dissemination internally
  • Contribute to the formation/implementation of investment strategies
  • Take responsibility for exit strategy and execution of sales where required
  • Enhance company reputation in the market
  • Assist in portfolio refinancing underwrites
  • Assist the New Business team with the analysis and underwrite of property assets as part of corporate acquisitions

Qualifications and Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of the UK real estate market
  • Strong network of agents and advisors within the market
  • Track record of executing real estate transactions
  • Strong financial modelling skills and proficiency in Excel
  • A proactive and analytical mindset
  • Ability to understand and interpret data/cashflows
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication (written & presentation) skills for effective collaboration with consultants and stakeholders
  • Recently RICS qualified (no more than 3 years post qualification)
  • RICS accredited undergraduate or postgraduate degree qualification
  • Client side / agency experience considered on equal merit
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work successfully as part of a wider team
