Ramsey Group Practice (RGP) are looking for an enthusiastic GP to join our progressive multidisciplinary NHS team in a salaried role in the North of the Isle of Man. RGP covers 15,000 patients in a semi-rural/rural demographic. We have a GPWER in Dermatology and have our own coil, and minor surgery provision.
The (provisional) job plan would be full time, 4 days per week, 1 duty day supervising MDT members (ANPs, Practice Nurses, 1 Paramedic, 1 Pharmacist, 1 Physician Associate) and District Nursing if required. There are no patients booked in by default unless you feel that is required or asked to see by the clinician.
Responsibilities- Work as a GP within a multidisciplinary NHS team in a salaried role.
- Provide 3 days of surgery with a mix of face-to-face and telephone consultations.
- Supervise MDT members on the duty day.
- Potentially visit end-of-life or complex patients with the on-site paramedic support.
- Contribute to co-ordinated patient care across the practice and community.
- GMC registration and ongoing annual appraisal (mandatory).
- Indemnity provided.
- UK or Isle of Man driving licence required.
