A fantastic opportunity to join our busy Private Wealth and Succession team. Ramsdens are an award-winning, Legal 500 recommended full-service law firm with 12 offices across Yorkshire. We pride ourselves on being a modern, forward-thinking firm while maintaining the traditional values of a trusted legal partner.
We are looking to recruit an experienced 5-8 year PQE Private Client Fee Earner to join our established, fast-growing York team. Responsibilities include:
- Advising and drafting bespoke Will planning structures for clients.
- Providing long-term capital tax estate planning solutions for HNW individuals, business owners, farmers, and entrepreneurs.
- Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney.
- Actively participating in the firm's business development and networking in York and the surrounding area.
You will work closely with clients and their families and third-party advisors, including accountants, financial advisors, and tax professionals. The role offers exposure to high-value, technical work in a collaborative and friendly environment that encourages professional growth.
