The Role
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Private Client Fee Earner to join our established and busy department. This is a high-quality role where you will be expected to hit the ground running with a mixed caseload. Your responsibilities will include:
- Drafting Wills and Codicils.
- Administering estates, including high-net-worth and complex probate matters.
- Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney.
- Advising on Trust creation and administration.
- Providing expert advice on Inheritance Tax and succession planning.
- Actively participating in business development and networking to further the firm's presence in the region.
About You
The successful candidate will ideally have 3-5 years' PQE, though we welcome applications from candidates at all levels who can demonstrate the required expertise. We are looking for someone who is:
- Capable of running their own mixed private client caseload with minimal supervision.
- Client-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commercially minded with a proven track record in billing.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- A team player who is keen to contribute to the growth of the department.
