Ideally looking for someone full time, but we would consider a minimum of 25 hours per week for the right person, with the right experience. This is primarily an office based role in Huddersfield town centre, with some scope for hybrid.
We’re looking for a creative, people‑focused, Communications Specialist to help shape how we connect with our clients, colleagues and communities. This is a hands‑on role for someone who loves turning strategy into clear, engaging communications. You’ll lead both internal and external campaigns and content that bring our culture, values and expertise to life. The Role
- You’ll handle day‑to‑day internal and external marketing and communications across the firm, helping share what Ramsdens does and what it’s like to work here.
- Deliver marketing and communications activity across digital, email, print, PR, and social channels.
- Support internal communications, including leadership messages and staff engagement.
- Manage projects with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Plan and run events, including seminars, webinars, and networking events.
- Track performance and use insight to improve future activity.
- Keep all communications consistent with the Ramsdens brand.
- Support CSR and community activity.
- Share communications best practice with colleagues when needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in marketing and communications (legal or professional services preferred).
- Strong writing and editing skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and different teams.
- Experience with campaigns and events.
- Practical, collaborative, and people‑focused.
- Familiarity with CMS and marketing tools is a plus.
- Own car and willingness to travel to other offices and events across the region.
