We are currently recruiting for a full time Archive / Facilities Assistant to work at our Admin centre based in Brighouse. The successful candidate must demonstrate a positive βcan doβ attitude with the ability to get the job done. This is a hands-on semi-physical role with some lifting and manual work, combined with general office duties.
The main responsibilities of the role will include:
- Assisting the Archive/Facilities Assistant
- Cataloguing and managing files/wills/deeds
- Picking and returning files onto the racking system
- Booking files in and out electronically
- Ensuring all boxes and files are returned to the racking
- Collecting/delivering files/boxes around the offices
- Ensuring the warehouse is clear and tidy in relation to files and boxes
- Adhering to all Health & Safety regulations, Policies & Procedures
Person specification:
- Must have a full, clean driving licence, you will have access to a company vehicle
- Possess good IT skills with a willingness to learn new systems and processes
- Prepared to work at height, training will be provided for personnel lift
- Must be physically fit due to lifting and moving of boxes
- Possess good numeracy, oral and written communication
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work on own and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail
