Key Responsibilities: * Prepare and cook high-quality, balanced meals for our residents, ensuring they meet dietary requirements. * Work with the care team to create menus that reflect seasonal produce and cater to the specific tastes and needs of residents. * Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic kitchen environment in compliance with food safety regulations. * Oversee kitchen staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. * Manage inventory and ensure the kitchen operates efficiently with minimal waste. * Foster a positive, team-oriented atmosphere in the kitchen.
