- Acting as the first point of contact for all telephone and face‑to‑face enquiries.

- Managing academy security procedures, including visitor sign‑in, badges and access fobs.
- Administering the main school email inbox and providing general clerical support.
- Supporting parents and carers by handling enquiries or sign‑posting as appropriate.
- Liaising with staff, the Trust and external providers as required.
- Maintaining accurate records on MIS systems, including staff CPD and training records.
- Providing administrative support for events, meetings and academy activities.
- Managing post, filing, photocopying, scanning and document storage in line with GDPR.
- Assisting with uniform sales, stock monitoring and financial record‑keeping.
- Maintaining office supplies and ensuring reception and office areas remain tidy and presentable.
- Acting as Fire Marshal for the designated area (training provided).
