FINECLEAN is recruiting a driven and commercially astute Business Development Manager to generate new business and grow revenue. This role is focused primarily on winning project-based jobs rather than recurring contracts. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building long-term client relationships, and building month-on-month revenue from £30k-£50k+ towards consistent £100k months as the account base grows. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role suited to a self-starter who thrives in a target-driven environment and enjoys being on the ground developing real-world relationships. As the successful candidate builds and retains a portfolio of accounts, the objective is to step up into an Account Manager role taking on a larger book of business and greater earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities.
