Imaging Team Leader - MRI

Full Time 37.5 hours per week
We are looking for a suitably qualified MRI Radiographer to join our Radiology team as Clinical Lead for our MRI suite within the radiology department. This is a chance to help shape the growth and future direction of the service. Ideally you will be an experienced MRI Radiographer who possesses highly developed knowledge and experience of radiographic techniques with leadership capabilities. The applicant would also need experience in Clinical Governance and Auditing. The day‐to‐day job will include working as part of the team managing the service and liaising with other management staff. You will also act as deputy to the Radiology Manager with a primary focus on the requirements of the MRI service.
What you will bring with you:
- Diploma or degree in diagnostic Radiography
- HCPC registered
- SOR IV cannulation certificate desirable
- Min 5‐year post qualification with at least 3 years MRI experience
- Leadership capability
- Sound written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
- Passion to deliver high quality diagnostic services
- Evidence of post registration development
