The Yorkshire Clinic is one of West Yorkshire's leading private hospitals set in three acres of woodland in the grounds of Cottingley Hall near Bingley. The hospital opened in 1982 and has 57 bedrooms including one twin-bedded room all with en suite facilities.
You will assist the Hospital to grow self-pay and Private Medically Insured admissions to defined targets. To effectively manage consultant relationships to ensure the private patient experience is consistently delivered. This interaction will be across all channels; in person, on the telephone, and in writing. To be measured through patient satisfaction compliments and/or complaints whilst undertaking analysis of private activity in order to maximise revenue generation.
What you’ll do:
- Handle all enquiries and book appointments via telephone, email, or social media.
- Provide detailed information to patient enquiries whilst delivering excellent customer service.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with internal hospital teams, consultants, medical secretaries, and external stakeholders to ensure appointments are converted.
- Maintain contact with potential patients to ensure they are satisfied with the progress of their enquiry.
What you’ll bring with you:
- Marketing and/or Sales experience.
- Ability to manage a portfolio of private patients from initial call to discharge.
- Sound Computer skills using the MS Office Suite and Web based reporting.
- Confident in engaging with a variety of people, particularly in a high-end setting.
- Excellent communication skills both face to face, over the phone, and in writing.
- Articulate with the highest standard of personal presentation.
