The role: We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Supplies Co-ordinator/ Stores Assistant to join our team at Cobalt Hospital. As a Supplies Co-ordinator, you will be a dynamic, self-motivated, computer literate person with good communication and interpersonal skills. You must be a team player and will have preferably worked in a stock control or goods-in environment previously, though this is not essential as full training will be given.
As a Supplies Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling all orders and management of stock coming into the hospital. You will control the ordering and stock control of the consumables and equipment needed in the hospital. You will also be required to carry out regular stock takes, place orders for goods, as well as dispatching and putting away deliveries. The Supplies Coordinator is to support with barcoding, Vim invoices, and the ordering of stock and deliveries for the hospital. SAP experience would be desirable.
Please note, this will be a hands-on role and there will be lots of lifting and being on your feet. You will not be in the office all the time.

English and Mathematics are essential parts of the role as is a good standard of general education. Some knowledge of medical terminology would be beneficial, though not essential. You must have a keen eye for detail.
