Job Description Job Description Lead Cancer Pharmacist Location: Home based, with regular visits to sites and corporate offices Employment type: Full time 37.5 hours Reports to: Group Chief Pharmacist An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, highly motivated and self-directed pharmacist to support the governance of Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapy (SACT) across the business. Working under the direction of the Group Chief Pharmacist and with senior clinical leads the post-holder will: Manage SACT governance processes across the business (SACT Committee, policy and practice). Manage the SACT training programme. Develop and maintain the SACT EPMA system used within the business. Support SACT procurement arrangements. The post-holder will work closely with hospital based pharmacy teams to support the safe and effect use of SACT. As a member of the corporate pharmacy team, the post-holder will provide wider support to the development of medicines related policy and practice across the business. Candidates should have experience in working as a hospital pharmacist supporting haematology/oncology services, experience in policy or guideline development and in the use of EPMA systems.
