Head of Operations
New Hall Hospital, Salisbury
Ramsay Health Care UK is part of a global hospital operating group and is now the 4th largest provider of private healthcare in the world. This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly, dynamic and progressive senior leadership team as Head of Operations at New Hall Hospital.
Reporting to the Hospital Director, you’ll ensure the successful operation of New Hall Hospital, taking responsibility for operational planning to achieve activity targets and the overall management of staff within the non-clinical departments, which underpin our ability to provide excellent care to patients. With a focus on innovation, you’ll ensure that our services deliver the highest standards, whilst meeting budgetary requirements and business deadlines. As our Head of Operations, you’ll be expected to build and develop key relationships with stakeholders across the business, supporting our central functions to deliver and implement commercial strategies and systems.

What you’ll bring with you
- Management experience with proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Experience of working within budgetary targets and KPIs
- A flexible, can do, innovative approach to your work
- A completer – finisher with Strong planning and organisational skills
- Demonstrate financial and commercial acumen (ideally through previous P&L responsibility)
- Strong computer skills (MS Office package)
- Qualification in management or similar qualification – desirable
- Previous private health experience would be an advantage
