Job Description Booking/ Reception Team Leader Location: New Hall Hospital, Salisbury Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Full-time Salary: Depending on experience + Benefits Summary: New Hall Hospital is one of Wiltshire’s leading private hospitals with an excellent reputation for delivering high quality healthcare treatments and services. Situated in 14 acres of quiet, landscaped parkland two miles south of Salisbury, the Georgian Manor House was opened as a hospital in 1980 and currently has 32 patient beds. By investing in advanced medical technology, the hospital offers a wide range of treatments and services. The fully equipped ultra clean air theatre suite is particularly suitable for orthopaedic procedures offered such as arthroscopy, hip and knee replacements. The day unit is suitable for minor operations and endoscopy. The role: We currently have a great new opportunity for a Booking/ Reception Team Leader to join our team at New Hall Hospital, based in Salisbury. We are looking for a result-driven, self-motivated Team leader for the Hospital’s Bookings Team. As Bookings/ Reception Team Leader you will have great communication and interpersonal skills and will be able to demonstrate experience in leading a team and working to targets. You will be responsible for providing guidance, instruction, training, and leadership skills to inspire the team to perform at their optimum. This is a busy and demanding role so candidates will need to be enthusiastic, highly motivated and have a flexible approach to their role to ensure the needs of the service are met. You will supervise the day-to-day activities of the team, build quality relationships, and provide a positive patient experience in line with expectation.
