Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Administrator/Receptionist to join our Administration team at Nottingham Woodthorpe Hospital. This is a bank position, where you will be called in to work as needed, during busy or quieter times. Your role will involve providing exceptional administrative support across various hospital departments.
Responsibilities
- Liaising with patients, consultants, and hospital staff
- Maintaining high standards of administrative support
- Using computer software such as Word and Outlook; experience with Electronic Patient Record systems is an advantage
Location
Woodthorpe Hospital, Nottingham – a leading private and NHS hospital equipped with modern medical technology and a reputation for excellent patient care. Located north of Nottingham city centre, serving both private and NHS patients.
Candidate Requirements
- Maths/English GCSE or equivalent
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management
- Effective interpersonal skills and a professional approach
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and customer service oriented
