Theatre Manager role at Ramsay Health Care UK – Euxton Hall Hospital & Buckshaw Hospital. Full time.

You’ll deliver the highest quality perioperative care in a supportive environment with impressive facilities; many theatres have laminar airflow systems and state-of-the-art integrated theatre technology.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direction and leadership to a multi-disciplinary theatre team.
  • Deliver high-quality perioperative care in a supportive environment with excellent facilities.
  • Build strong relationships with consultants, senior teams, healthcare professionals and patients.
  • Inspire, develop and motivate your team, driving performance and supporting hospital initiatives.
  • Contribute to ongoing development through Ramsay Academy and ongoing professional growth.

What You’ll Bring With You

  • Registered clinical practitioner with the appropriate governing body (NMC/HCPC).
  • Experience in managing a busy theatre environment.
  • Ideally, teaching and assessment skills, as well as ILS/ALS.
  • A professional management qualification would be an advantage.
