Overview
30 hours per week. Winfield Hospital is one of Gloucestershire\’s leading private hospitals, located on the outskirts of the City of Gloucester. It is situated off the Northern Ring Road with excellent road and rail links. The hospital opened in 1992 and currently has 39 beds including thirty four single rooms all with en-suite facilities.

Responsibilities
- Manage the private patient pathway within the hospital to ensure that all private patients receive the service they expect.
- Deliver a high standard of support to customers and act as a motivating and approachable point of contact for employees involved in the private patient journey to ensure operational excellence.
- Demonstrate superb communication skills at all levels and possess computer and keyboard competencies.
- Ideally have proven experience of working in an administration setting and the ability to organise and prioritise workloads. Healthcare experience is advantageous.
