Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage and nurture a close-knit outpatient team.
  • Deliver high standards of clinical outcomes and patient care.
  • Support change management and contribute to a transformation culture.
  • Engage with the Ramsay Academy to develop skills and capabilities.
  • Support the organisation’s Speaking Up for Safety programme.
