Overview
Reporting to the Hospital Director, you will ensure the successful operation of New Hall Hospital, taking responsibility for operational planning to achieve activity targets and the overall management of staff within the non-clinical departments, which underpin our ability to provide excellent care to patients. With a focus on innovation, you will ensure that our services deliver the highest standards, whilst meeting budgetary requirements and business deadlines. As our Head of Operations, you will build and develop key relationships with stakeholders across the business, supporting our central functions to deliver and implement commercial strategies and systems.
Responsibilities
- Manage multi-disciplinary teams with proven leadership experience
- Ensure effective written and verbal communication
- Operate within budgetary targets and KPIs
- Adopt a flexible, proactive, and innovative approach to work
- Demonstrate strong planning and organisational skills with a completer-finisher mindset
- Show financial and commercial acumen, ideally with P&L responsibility
- Utilise strong MS Office and computer skills
Qualifications
- Qualification in management or a similar field is desirable
- Previous private health sector experience would be advantageous
