The role: We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Clinical Coder to join our inpatient team at our Oaks Hospital, based in Colchester.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Foundation level clinical coding qualification or equivalent experience;
- Demonstrated Computer Skills;
- Sound written and verbal communication skills;
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required;
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business;
- Demonstrated Customer Service skills;
- Previous clinical knowledge or experience;
- Current knowledge of NHS tariffs.
