Join our Theatre department as an Orthopaedic Scrub practitioner and embark with us on our journey of 'people caring for people'. You will work in state‐of‐the‐art facilities such as laminar airflow systems and integrated theatre technology. There is access to the Ramsay Academy, with the potential to gain a Surgical First Assist qualification, and opportunities to develop your career across our network of independent hospitals in the UK.
Location: The Ramsay Duchy Hospital, Truro, Cornwall.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- NMC registration with no restrictions or conditions.
- Proven surgical scrub experience within orthopaedics, including hip arthroplasty, knee arthroplasty, and anterior cruciate ligament procedures.
- Desirable but not essential: Surgical First Assist Qualification (SFA).
- Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently.
- Flexible, positive attitude and warm, considerate, and empathetic character.
Person Specification:
- Relevant Membership to Affiliated Body: Clinical Registration.
