We are seeking a Stores & Supply Officer to join our team at Dudley Private Hospital. In this role you will be working as part of our busy Stores and Supply team providing effective management and distribution of stock. You will be working in an extremely busy environment and must be willing to work as part of a team and within WH&S and Infection Control guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Scanning
- Picking and packing of stock.
- Delivering of stock to Theatre complex storerooms.
- Receiving of stock deliveries to the hospital.
- Ordering of stock to replenish to set levels utilising computer systems.
- Following up back orders.
- Liaising with internal and external customers.
Skill and Experience
You will be a highly organised and process focused individual with previous experience in a Supply role to enable you to succeed in this role. Crucial to this role will be a high level of accuracy and time management skills with a strong team focus.
You will also bring:
- Demonstrated experience in a supply position is essential with any medical stock experience being highly regarded.
- Experience using SAP or other computerised inventory control systems.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer service focus.
- Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills.
- Computer literacy skills, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft.
