We are developing and growing our National Enquiry Centre and as a result we have an exciting Customer Service Advisor opportunity based at our Springfield Hospital site in Chelmsford. We are looking for people passionate about customer service to join us and in return receive excellent benefits, training and ongoing career development opportunities within our National Enquiry Centre or across the wider business.

The National Enquiry Centre is Ramsay UK’s central customer service hub and is the heart of our business. Open from 8am – 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am – 2pm Weekends, our dedicated advisors provide telephone, email and web support to our patients and pride themselves on delivering a seamless and positive customer experience.

Based at our Springfield site in Chelmsford with hybrid working opportunities available following successful completion of probation period.
