The role at Ramsay Health Care UK is for a Bank Inpatient Physiotherapist. As a key member of our Physiotherapist team, you’ll be valued for your expertise and have the chance to build on it through our Ramsay Academy.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with proven skills in the management of inpatient orthopaedics, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who can work alone and as part of a team. You would need to have been practising as a qualified physiotherapist for a minimum of 3 years, with evidence of working in orthopaedic environments. The caseload will consist of NHS and private patients. We are looking for a driven inpatient physiotherapist who is available on Thursdays and Fridays, each shift will be a minimum of 4 hours, and there will be scope to increase these hours/days as the service allows.
What you’ll bring with you:
- Have a BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent
- Be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council and Chartered Society of Physiotherapy
- Be confident in treating patients with inpatient orthopaedic presentations
- Have a commitment to the use of evidence-based practice
- Have evidence of further professional training and continual professional development, reflecting your desire to develop as a practitioner
- Be a confident communicator with the ability to engage effectively with patients and other healthcare professionals
