As a Finance Assistant, you will ensure the accurate and timely processing of sales and purchase invoices, handle day-to-day queries, complete daily bank reconciliations, and assist the Head of Finance and team members as needed. You will work in a busy office environment that is constantly changing and evolving to deliver the best possible service to our clients.
On a day-to-day basis, you will:
- Raise sales invoices for all completed customer orders, including Project/Time/Product/Contract Invoicing
- Assist with Direct Debit administration and collections
- Complete daily bank account reconciliations
- Maintain accurate client information in our systems
- Prepare regular account statements and communicate with clients to maintain good credit control
- Respond promptly to customer queries via email and telephone
- Assist with month-end processes and the preparation of financial reports
- Assist with Accounts Inbox management
