The role involves hiring a Sales Coordinator to join our growing team based in our Wandsworth office. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in an administrative role, will enjoy working in a growing company, will be self-motivated, detail-oriented and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Creating all property documentation, including but not limited to; valuation letters, instruction agreements, offer letters, sales memorandum.
- Organising and supporting the launch of a property by arranging a team take on, booking photos, floorplans, EPC and matching out to the database.
- Maintaining the online property marketing presence on Rightmove, Zoopla, On the Market.
- Creating marketing material such as property brochures working to the client’s satisfaction.
- Ensuring invoices are processed correctly, for timely payments.
- Conducting compliance checks, to ensure the company is acting in line with regulations.
- Ensuring the internal CRM, Reapit is updated with all required changes.
- Supporting the launch of properties, placing on portal and matching out on the database.
- Greeting visitors, taking messages, transferring calls to the relevant colleague.
- Managing the office in general administration, such as ordering office supplies, stationery and printing.
