What you will be doing:

  • Partnering with the VP of Customer Experience on strategic initiatives, planning and special projects
  • Gathering and analysing data to identify areas for new operational efficiencies and opportunities
  • Managing and executing cross-functional projects end-to-end
  • Building and refining scalable processes to support a growing global CX team
  • Collaborating closely with teams across the company - including Product, Commercial, Compliance and Finance
  • Wearing many hats - typical startup style - to solve hard problems quickly

What you will bring:

  • 1–4 years of relevant experience in consulting, operations, strategy, or a high-growth startup
  • A degree in Economics, Business, or a related field
  • A self-starter mindset: you’re excited by the idea of solving ambiguous problems and learning fast
  • A strong interest in crypto and fintech, particularly the stablecoin space
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to interpret and work with data
  • High energy, curiosity, and a willingness to get your hands dirty
  • Great communication skills and ability to thrive in small, fast-moving teams by building influence and taking ownership
  • A track record of being dependable, proactive, and organised
