About Ramp

Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualised spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorising payments, flagging risk, categorising spend, and closing books. The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving. We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome. The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same. If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.

About the Role

Ramp is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to help establish and scale our presence across the UK and Europe. As one of the first marketing hires dedicated to the region, you’ll play a critical role in defining how Ramp enters, positions, and grows in new markets. You’ll uncover customer, competitive, and market insights that shape our go-to-market strategy, develop messaging and positioning that resonates with local buyers, and partner closely with Product, Sales, Growth, and Marketing to drive awareness, pipeline, and adoption. This is a rare opportunity to build a regional product marketing function from the ground up, shaping everything from positioning and launches to competitive strategy and market expansion. You’ll sit within Ramp’s Enterprise & International Product Marketing team and work day-to-day alongside our GM Europe, dedicated sales team, and growth marketing lead. This role is based in London and requires someone with deep instincts for how UK businesses evaluate and purchase financial software. We’re looking for someone who has helped launch and scale a product in a new market before, thrives in ambiguity, and is excited by the opportunity to help shape Ramp’s expansion across Europe from the ground up.

What You'll Do

  • Shape positioning and messaging for the UK and future European markets, defining how Ramp differentiates itself and resonates with local finance leaders.
  • Develop and maintain market-specific messaging frameworks, value propositions, competitive differentiation, and customer narratives that support demand generation, sales, and product adoption.
  • Test messaging, optimise demand generation campaigns, and improve conversion across TOFU in partnership with growth marketing.
  • Lead product and market launches as we expand to more countries across Europe, partnering with Product, Communications, Sales, and Marketing teams.
  • Create and scale sales enablement assets, including pitch decks, battle-cards, demo narratives, one-pagers, and customer-facing collateral.
  • Provide PMM support for initiatives in other international markets.

What You Need

  • 7+ years of experience, including 5+ years in B2B Product Marketing.
  • Based in London with strong familiarity with UK business culture and buying behaviours.
  • Experience launching and scaling products in a new market, region, or business line.
  • Strong customer research, positioning, and messaging skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment across teams.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building new programs from scratch.
  • Fluent in AI tools as a core part of how you work.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in fintech, financial services, or B2B software serving finance teams.
  • Experience supporting international expansion or market entry initiatives.
  • Familiarity with GDPR, UK financial regulations, and regional compliance considerations.
  • Experience at a high-growth startup or scale-up.
  • Deep knowledge of the UK SMB and mid-market finance ecosystem.

Benefits available to all full-time Ramp employees (Global)

  • Flexible PTO.
  • Unlimited AI token usage.
  • Centralised home-office equipment ordering.
  • Health and wellness stipend.
  • Budget for intra-office travel.
  • Weekly coffee stipend.
