Join the Web3 revolution at Ramp Network! At Ramp Network, we provide a powerful fiat crypto toolkit that enables anyone - from established brands to blockchain pioneers - to easily onboard their next million users into Web3. Bridging the gap between today's financial system and the emerging crypto economy is our lifelong mission. Driven by our vision, sense of community, and passion for excellence, we relentlessly work to make this dream come true and bring Web3 to the mainstream.
We’re looking for a People Assistant to help us create an environment where exceptional talent can do the most meaningful work of their lives. You’ll be embedded in our People team, working closely with our People Lead, and be the cultural heartbeat of our London office. If you’re someone who gets energy from helping others thrive, loves building structure in chaos, and wants to grow fast — you’ll love this role.
What you will be doing:
- People Experience & Office Support: Be the go-to person for everything people and culture-related at our London hub, from greeting new joiners to making sure our coffee game is strong. Create a space that’s not just an office, but a living embodiment of our values, welcoming, and buzzing with energy. Be a first responder to team needs: whether it’s a policy question, a people issue, or a broken coffee machine. Own and optimise our onboarding and off-boarding journeys, making every first and last day thoughtful, smooth, and memorable. Partner with Talent to keep hiring logistics sharp and candidate experience top-notch. Take the lead on internal culture-building initiatives: team socials, Ramp rituals, and inclusion moments that really land.
- People Administration: Keep our HR systems (HiBob, Notion, etc.) clean, current, and compliant. Support day-to-day operations with high ownership; contracts, documents, audits, and more. Help organise team training, offsites, and internal comms that keep everyone aligned and energised. Drive forward People projects, from engagement initiatives to process improvements, with a bias to action and curiosity.
You’ll be using: Google Workspace, Slack, ClickUp, HiBob, Greenhouse, Notion — and anything else that helps us run smart and scale fast.
What you will bring:
- Previous experience in a People, Admin, or Ops support role (start-up experience is a bonus, not a must).
- Proactive, positive, and hungry to learn, you don’t wait to be told, you spot opportunities and run.
- Natural multitasker with strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Clear, compassionate communicator, someone who connects dots and people.
- Deep care for employee experience and the small things that make a big difference.
- Comfortable with fast-paced, evolving environments — ambiguity excites you.
What’s in it for you?
- Zero-fee crypto purchases via on-ramp and off-ramp!
- 25,000-35,000 GBP on an employment contract.
- Private healthcare for you and your dependents.
- Cycle to work scheme.
- Great working environment.
- Hybrid working in a modern and comfy office which has everything you'll need to excel and collaborate with your team.
- Self-development and conference budget.
- The best laptops and kit to work on.
- Internal Tech meetups on-site & online.
- Lunch on us once a week for you to connect with your fellow Rampers.
- Healthy snacks and beverages in the office daily.
- Team socials funded by us.
We are fueled by a strong sense of community, purpose, and the drive to build a sustainable business. Together, we nurture a culture of high performance, low egos, receptive minds, and collaboration. We provide space for ambition, trust and empowerment to allow you to be your best self.
