Ramp is entering a new era. After establishing ourselves as a category-defining on-ramp in Web3, we’re launching a bold new consumer brand and product — one that makes stablecoin payments instant, intuitive, and borderless. Think PayPal or Venmo — reimagined for a global, internet-native generation.

We’re looking for a Marketing Lead to join us at launch — owning both growth and brand from day one. You’ll be our first dedicated marketer, with the autonomy to shape how we acquire, activate, and inspire users globally. This is a foundational role with a clear path to become our future Head of Marketing in the next 1-2 years as we expand out the marketing team and capabilities.

You won’t be executing someone else’s playbook — you’ll be writing your own. As we launch a new app, new name, and new voice, you’ll be the driving force behind how we show up in the world. From first impressions to ongoing engagement, you’ll define how consumers and merchants discover, trust, and talk about us — across geographies and channels. This is your chance to build a category-defining brand at the intersection of fintech, crypto, and global payments — with the speed, tools, and resources to move fast.

What You’ll Lead

  • You’ll own the marketing strategy end-to-end — with full autonomy and support to move fast and scale smart:
  • Brand narrative & positioning — Craft and evolve a compelling, emotionally resonant brand that speaks to both consumers and merchants
  • Off-platform campaign execution — Plan and run high-impact campaigns across social, PR, partnerships, events, and influencer/affiliate channels
  • Top-of-funnel growth — Drive user acquisition and awareness across multiple regions and customer segments, especially in emerging markets
  • Trust-building initiatives and storytelling — Build credibility through testimonials, social proof, and community storytelling
  • Education & content — Simplify stablecoins and wallets through clear onboarding flows, FAQs, explainers, and lifecycle messaging. Make web 3 become web 2.
  • AI-native execution — Leverage AI tools (for copy, creative, automation) to operate with the efficiency and scale of a team of five
  • Partner with product and design teams to ensure acquisition, activation, and retention are aligned across web and app

What We're Looking For

  • You’re a strategic operator, creative thinker, and ambitious builder — ready to lead now, and scale fast.
  • 7–10 years of experience across growth, brand, or product marketing (ideally in B2C fintech, payments, or global consumer apps)
  • Proven ability to lead off-platform marketing campaigns that drive acquisition and brand awareness across multiple channels
  • Self-starter with a track record of owning strategy and execution end-to-end in fast-moving environments
  • Experience driving international growth, ideally including emerging markets
  • Excellent storytelling and brand building skills — across content, messaging, and visual identity
  • Confident using AI tools to own strategy through to delivery and accelerate content, creative, and campaign ops
  • Hungry to grow into a Head of Marketing role within 1–2 years
  • Experience in wallets, stablecoins, or crypto ecosystems
  • Comfort speaking to both consumer and SMB/merchant audiences
  • Familiarity with creator marketing, affiliates, or referral programs
  • Be the foundational marketing hire — own brand and growth from the start
  • Define and launch a new brand with a clear mission and loyal user base
