What You’ll Do:

  • Guest Experience Leader: Welcome guests with warmth and enthusiasm, making sure they feel right at home from the moment they walk through the door.
  • Reservation Guru: Handle reservations with ease, confirming guest details and managing waitlists. Be proactive in adjusting and communicating any changes to wait times or seating arrangements to our guests and our front of house teams.
  • Seating Strategist: Manage the table plan to ensure guests are seated in a timely manner while balancing the flow of the restaurant.
  • Problem Solver: Address guest questions, concerns, or special requests with a helpful attitude, offering solutions and ensuring that any issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.
