Ambala Foods is seeking a motivated, results-driven Business Sales Executive to help grow our customer base and strengthen relationships with retail, catering, and wholesale clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products, including customised and bulk orders;
- Actively promote the company’s products to walk-in customers and corporate clients;
- Manage the full sales process, from enquiry to order completion and after-sales service;
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to encourage repeat business;
- Handle customer enquiries, quotations, and order processing efficiently;
- Maintain detailed knowledge of all products, ingredients, pricing, and seasonal offerings;
- Coordinate with kitchen and production staff to ensure timely fulfilment of orders;
- Monitor stock levels;
- Process payments and maintain accurate sales records;
- Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and festive campaigns;
- Stay informed about competitor activity and local market trends.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or retail, preferably within food, bakery, or hospitality;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Experience in handling customised or event-based orders (e.g., weddings, celebrations) and knowledge of confectionery or bakery products;
- Experience in sales, foundation of social media marketing;
- Basic IT skills for handling sales systems and records.
