Ramboll in the United Kingdom is seeking a HR Compliance Co-ordinator to support security clearance and onboarding for new hires.

You will manage end-to-end pre-employment screening, vetting, right-to-work and onboarding activities in line with company policy and UK regulations.

Working with HR, recruitment and external screening partners, you will track milestones, maintain confidential records, and produce regular onboarding and clearance reports to drive timely project mobilisation.
