Ramboll Management Consulting (RMC) works with private and public clients across the globe delivering integrated sustainability transformation. Our clients come to RMC for our combination of sustainability, strategy, financial, sustainability and business expertise. A key current growth area, driven by legislation and frameworks such as the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB), is supporting clients to understand, disclose and manage their transition and physical climate risks.

You will be a key member in our growing team in the UK, whilst working with colleagues internationally, as we shape the future of our climate risk and strategy services. Your new team and role: You will be part of a growing global team. Ramboll Management Consulting is one of the largest management consultancies in the Nordics, with an established heritage within the provision of sustainability leadership and guidance to both the public and private sectors. Globally, we have 600 experts that equip businesses and societies for a sustainable future.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Support clients in understanding their transition and physical climate risks and opportunities, developing responses to these and disclosing them.
- Working with colleagues, continuously develop and improve our climate services offering and engage with existing and new clients to generate business opportunities.
- Manage, supervise and deliver consulting projects throughout their entire cycle: initiation, planning, execution and closure.

- Knowledge of climate science, including climate scenarios, physical climate hazards and transition indicators.
- Experience in utilising climate data to assess changes in climate from a physical and/or transition perspective.
- Awareness of climate risk requirements of legislation and frameworks such as the EU Taxonomy, Taskforce for Climate Related Financial Disclosure (TCFD), International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB) and Transition Plan requirements.
- Utilisation of AI to process information and synthesise written reports and documentation.
- A masters or PhD would be advantageous.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
